Pricing Analyst – Volume & Scale Pricing Frameworks Team
As a member of the Volume and Scale Pricing Frameworks Team, you will impact key business decisions for Adobe’s fastest-growing products.
Support Pricing Operation managers in SKU creation and pricing, optimizing processes with scalable documentation.
Collaborate with product operations, revenue accounting, sales, legal, and customer care to solve problems, remove barriers, and enhance efficiency.
Manage projects and build repeatable processes in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Leverage advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and clear stakeholder communication.
Understand the end‑to‑end product launch supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal Pricing Hub system implementation.
Coordinate operational aspects of the Digital Media product lifecycle, including SKU creation, pricing, and approval facilitation.
Perform audits related to standard launch process.
Plan projects using Workfront, defining milestones and driving progress.
Communicate effectively with upstream/downstream stakeholders.
Document process improvements and best practices to increase operational efficiency.
Facilitate creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
Handle ad hoc operational requests such as reporting and auditing SKU and pricing files.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an operational role prioritizing and managing projects.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint.
Experience driving processes and meeting key milestones in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and resolution skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, analytical and auditing experience.
Process analysis skills to identify optimization opportunities, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Experience creating training documentation/curriculum is a plus.
Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and MS Excel development skills are a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Compensation:
Base pay range: $60.00/hr – $64.00/hr.
Standard hourly rate: $64.63/hr.
