Senior Marketing Program Manager – PMM (Contract)
Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid)
Duration: 1/20/2026 to 11/30/2026
Team: Acrobat Product Marketing
About the Role This Program Management position will be part of the Acrobat Product Marketing Organization as a marketing program manager. The role partners closely with Product Marketing and Pricing Operations to drive key initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving strategic program timelines, managing cross‑functional teams, and executing time‑sensitive operational work to support process milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross‑functional leaders to build strategic roadmaps and execution plans.
Establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and drive teams to achieve the plan within time constraints.
Understand and coordinate sequencing of projects for the plan, managing cross‑team complexities and resource constraints.
Assess critical paths and dependencies, facilitating discussions between project teams, PMM, Pricing Ops, Pricing Technologies, Product, DC Services, Finance, and Engineering.
Perform risk management by identifying key areas and defining contingency plans.
Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information for communication with the extended team and management.
Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and constraints.
Carry out operational processes and time‑sensitive tasks, partnering with additional teams as needed.
Evaluate existing processes, make recommendations, and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices.
Drive release management activities to ensure successful deployment of systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
5–8 years of experience in project or program management, business operations, or marketing project management/operations roles.
Experience in high‑tech, SaaS, and mobile environments (plus).
System tool knowledge: SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Office, Slack, SAP, Workfront, and Pricing Tools (plus).
Strong program and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
Experience leading complex programs and establishing program structure, identifying dependencies, and managing governance frameworks.
Ability to handle complex, highly cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Flexibility, adaptability, and quick thinking amid fast‑changing business needs.
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, building positive stakeholder relationships.
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills for executive audiences.
Excellent documentation skills and high attention to detail.
Quick learner and proactive problem solver.
Compensation $77.47 per hour.
