We are seeking a Junior Litigation/Family Law Attorney to become a part of our team! You will specialize in legal issues that impact families.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce proceedings, adoptions, and child custody.
Court experience, with strong understanding of court system
Play a crucial role in helping clients navigate court system and procedures.
Prepare and draft legal documents, custody agreements, prenuptial agreements, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Qualifications
Previous family law experience
Familiarity with various legal documents
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
