What You’ll Lead

Ethics & Corporate Governance
Policy Design, Training & Education
Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Influence
What You’ll Do
Build, evolve, and oversee Arrow Security’s comprehensive compliance program — setting strategy and shaping policy across the organization.
Stay ahead of regulatory shifts, translating complex requirements into actionable guidance for leadership and team members.
Deliver compelling training and educational initiatives that embed compliance and ethical decision‑making into the everyday culture.
Serve as the trusted liaison for regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal stakeholders.
Lead disciplined risk assessments and compliance audits to uncover vulnerabilities — and drive corrective actions with confidence.
Partner cross‑functionally to unify compliance practices and strengthen organizational alignment.
Support legal affairs through contract review and internal legal counsel responsibilities.
Maintain transparent documentation and reporting that support strong governance and accountability.
Lead with influence, integrity, and a “We Care” mindset that inspires trust and respect.
What You Bring
Juris Doctorate (JD) with NYS bar admittance, in good standing.
15–18+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory environments.
10+ years leading compliance/audit teams with measurable impact.
Deep knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong history of engagement with regulatory agencies.
Executive‑level communication, leadership, and problem‑solving capabilities.
A commitment to excellence, ethics, and confidentiality.
Compensation $210,000 – $292,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
