The Rehabilitation Institute at Sinai is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist interested in inpatient practice to join our well-established, collegial, and academically engaged PM&R faculty. This full-time opportunity involves providing care in a hospital-based 43-bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) located within a full-service 400-bed hospital and trauma center. The patient population includes individuals with a broad spectrum of disabling conditions, including neurologic, orthopedic, medically complex, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Position Highlights
Serve as attending physician on a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation unit with support of full service hospital and access to a full range of on-site medical and surgical consultants. Our IRF is a well respected in the community, a regional destination service known for providing high-quality and patient-centered care. Participate in a 1-in-12 week inpatient call rotation, resident physicians take in house call. Join a single-specialty PM&R faculty practice within a large well established healthcare organization. Become part of the faculty for our ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program. Academic appointment with George Washington University Medical School as part of Regional Medical Campus. Collaborative, supportive culture with low physician turnover and excellent team dynamics. Opportunities for research and scholarly activity led by our dedicated NIH trained director on clinical research. Qualifications
MD or DO degree. Board Certified / Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Maryland. Benefits

The base salary is dependent on board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production.
