A well‑established and rapidly growing healthcare organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a forward‑thinking and hands‑on
CFO
to lead all financial operations and support continued expansion across its clinical and administrative service lines.
About the Role:
The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner within the executive leadership team, overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle performance, capital planning, and the overall fiscal health of the organization. This leader will work closely with operations, clinical teams, and technology partners to drive sustainable growth, enhance financial controls, and modernize financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the organization’s long‑term vision and growth goals.
Oversee all core financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, audit, compliance, tax, and treasury.
Strengthen financial infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to improve reimbursement, collections, cash flow, and patient financial outcomes.
Develop financial models and forecasting tools that guide executive decision‑making and organizational planning.
Present financial performance updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and technologies to support modernization efforts.
Manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and external advisors.
Support potential M&A activity through financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, multi‑site operations, or high‑growth service environments.
Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, payer reimbursement, and healthcare financial compliance.
Proven experience improving financial processes, strengthening controls, and supporting organizational growth.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams effectively.
