Sr. Frontend Engineer-React/Node (Fullstack-Leaning)

Today, opening a client account can take three days and still involves faxing paperwork. We're changing that. Our platform is the first wealth‑tech data orchestration solution, streamlining financial workflows, improving efficiency, and elevating client experiences.
As an early team member, you'll help define the technical vision, shape the product roadmap, and build a developer environment that's efficient and enjoyable.

React, Node, Fastify, MUI, React Query, Vite, Storybook, Playwright
What You’ll Do
Lead development of major user‑facing flows (e.g., self‑service onboarding, digital account opening, data reconciliation).
Define and enforce frontend architecture standards for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
Collaborate with Design and Product to establish and scale our design system/UI toolkit for a polished, consistent experience.
Shape the technical vision and roadmap as a foundational team member, influencing key engineering decisions.
Improve developer efficiency through better tooling, CI/CD, testing workflows, and mentor new engineers as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong React frontend skills and solid Node backend knowledge.
Proven ability to deliver complex, high‑performance, scalable user‑facing systems.
Startup mindset: thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and takes ownership.
Strong intuition for usability, accessibility, and product quality.
Interest in AI‑driven solutions and willingness to explore emerging technologies.
Bonus Points For
Early‑stage startup experience (first 3 engineers)
Open‑source contributions
Entrepreneurial projects or founding experience
Familiarity with AI tools, models, and prompting
