Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our growing team in the San Diego, CA area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by working directly with adults with disabilities in an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) setting. You will provide individualized speech and language therapy that supports communication, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and greater independence.
Location:
San Diego, CA
Pay:
$58 - $80 per hour
Schedule:
Full - Time (Flexible hours)

Requirements:
Required:
Valid California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Master's degree or higher in speech pathology.
Experience working with either adults in behavioral health settings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments for new patients and complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
Write clear evaluation reports and enter assessment data into the documentation system.
Provide individual and group speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices.
Develop and implement therapy plans addressing articulation, fluency, pragmatics, expressive/receptive language, and functional communication.
Maintain accurate and confidential service records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in team meetings and share professional recommendations.
Stay current with best practices and meet all ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
Perform related duties as assigned.
