Analyst II – Customer Contract Administration
for a leading Medical Device / MedTech domain client on a
6-month contract
(extension & FTE conversion possible). You will support the
Contracts & Compliance team
within MMS Dispensing. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage detailed contractual packages while working cross-functionally. Responsibilities
Review, audit, and execute complete contractual packages Communicate proactively with MMS Dispensing teams Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and acquisition/marketing programs Support pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes (acceptance, installation, billing, leasing, asset mgmt.) Assist with revenue recognition guidelines and internal compliance requirements Ensure contract accuracy, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed Qualifications
1–3 years of Contract Administration experience Strong understanding of contracting processes Proficient in
Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP , and MS tools Excellent communication & organizational skills Nice to Have
Knowledge of
HIPAA, SOX, Antitrust laws , regulatory and compliance controls Senioriry level
