Contract Administration Analyst

$32/hr Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Summary The Contract Administration Analyst is responsible for reviewing, executing, and ensuring accuracy and compliance of contractual packages. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Interact and proactively communicate with internal teams to support contract administration activities. Perform audit reviews on all components submitted for contractual packages to ensure completeness and accuracy. Execute complete contractual packages following established guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, corporate policies, procedures, and acquisition or marketing programs. Apply working knowledge of U.S. Antitrust laws, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal audit procedures, and regulatory controls. Support pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes, including acceptance, installation, billing, revenue management, leasing, purchasing, and asset management. Understand capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and basic accounting principles. Assist in contract review, risk mitigation, and compliance, escalating issues when necessary. Manage complex tasks and make independent recommendations. Communicate professionally across all business levels, both verbally and in writing. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience may substitute). 1–3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP). Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of commercial contracting processes such as pricing, invoicing, quoting, billing, and policy development.
