Position Overview Atrium is seeking a
Technical Project Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. This role requires a combination of strong project‑management abilities and a thorough technical understanding of software development, infrastructure, and integration processes. The position offers a hybrid schedule of three days a week in our Atlanta‑based office.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, starting with requirements gathering and continuing through post‑launch evaluation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to define the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests to support timely and successful project delivery.
Facilitate technical discussions and maintain clear communication among developers, SMEs, and technology leaders.
Prepare regular project status reports and present them to leadership and key stakeholders.
Promote process improvements and apply best practices, particularly in Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to manage third‑party integrations or service dependencies.
Required Experience / Skills
At least 3 years of project‑management experience in technology or software development environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities.
Proficiency in project‑management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
Experience working with cloud technologies, including AWS or Azure.
Experience working with RPA and low‑code/no‑code technologies.
Background in API integration or cybersecurity projects.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing computer‑based tasks.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
