across sourcing, materials, logistics, and warehousing.
The Opportunity As Director of Supply Chain, you’ll own full‑cycle performance across sourcing, materials, and logistics — strengthening availability, cost efficiency, and service levels through disciplined process and data‑driven execution.
This is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in dynamic, growth‑oriented manufacturing environments and enjoys balancing strategic vision with operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and develop a high‑performance supply chain team across sourcing, materials, warehousing, and logistics.
✅ Drive sourcing strategy for critical categories — metals, electrical components, engineered materials — ensuring cost, quality, and continuity.
✅ Implement planning and inventory systems (MRP, min/max, reorder points) to optimize working capital and service.
✅ Strengthen supplier partnerships through strategic negotiations and performance management.
✅ Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and sales to align sourcing and production strategies.
✅ Establish KPIs, dashboards, and best practices to improve cost, lead time, and supplier reliability.
✅ Act as a strategic advisor on market trends, risks, and investment priorities.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain or operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Proven track record leading multi‑site or matrixed teams through transformation or scale‑up.
Expertise in sourcing, materials management, and logistics optimization.
Strong commercial and operational acumen with ERP/MRP and analytics proficiency (Excel, Power BI preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
