Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of learning and development solutions across multiple large markets or on a global level.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.

Collaborate and negotiate with existing and future learning solution vendors in alignment with the overall enterprise training strategy.

Utilize business data to determine training needs and develop appropriate training solutions to positively impact the business.

Communicate and promote learning opportunities to employees, encouraging participation and engagement in the learning process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of professional work experience in training/learning & development.

Knowledge and experience in Instructional Design and development methodologies and learning content creation.

Learning metrics and analytics knowledge (e.g., Kirkpatrick model) is preferred.

Ability to influence and serve as a trusted partner to business and matrix partners.

Ability to think strategically and drive planning across stakeholders.

Demonstrated strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and deliverable development.

Experience engaging with and driving technology-supported (IT) initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to design, develop and support the implementation of enterprise, global processes and technologies.

Effective communication and interaction with internal and external clients at all levels, and facilitator of discussions.

Experience in designing, developing and delivering learning platforms and operational processes.

Ability to set objectives, monitor and achieve performance, and ensure high level of engagement and commitment.

Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.

Ability to manage multiple, broad scope, complex learning initiatives using both internal and external resources.

Customer service oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of non‑technical users, managers, directors, and executive leadership in a creative, matrix organization.

Passionate about work and understands how it fits into business operations.

Able to translate business requirements into workable solutions and solve potentially complex problems.

Superior attention to detail, problem solving, strong organizational skills.

Compensation Overview Princeton - NJ - US: $142,040 - $172,113

Tampa - FL - US: $142,040 - $172,113

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, location, schedule, job‑related knowledge, and experience. Final individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

On‑site Protocol BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work: site‑essential, site‑by‑design, field‑based and remote‑by‑design jobs. Occupancy type depends on role responsibilities. Site‑essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site‑by‑design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite. Field‑based and remote‑by‑design roles may require travel to visit customers, patients or partners and attend meetings on behalf of BMS.
