Become a Key Player as a Product Manager – Pricing Technologies As a Product Manager – Pricing Technologies, you will help Adobe scale pricing capabilities for thousands of high‑value customers. You’ll partner across product, engineering, go‑to‑market, sales, and supporting Finance and Operations teams to drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Work model: hybrid, three days a week onsite in San Jose. Note: this role includes a 30‑day probationary period.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Drive product ownership by creating, prioritizing, and testing user stories aligned with business needs, dependencies, and strategic goals.
Develop and refine user stories, prioritizing based on customer impact and organizational objectives.
Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and end users to develop and carry out test plans.
Champion the creation and upkeep of system and process documentation for transparency and scalability.
Build strong relationships with collaborators, guiding impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes that deliver measurable business value.
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on business processes and systems for internal teams and customer‑facing initiatives.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of meaningful, relevant work experience.
Experience in a pricing‑focused role with expertise in pricing strategy, analysis, and execution.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify issues, determine root cause, and propose resolutions.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt confidently in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, and Outlook.
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
Scrum and business change management certification.
Experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce.com, and automation processes.
