What You’ll Be Doing
Lead valuation, diligence, and post-deal integration of strategic M&A
Drive strategic initiatives across commercial, operations, and FP&A
Identify and assess new markets, technologies, and investment themes
Present strategic insights and business cases to executive leadership
What You’ll Bring
7–10 years in strategy, corporate development, or M&A within an industrial, mining, chemicals, or materials business
End-to-end deal experience, plus broader strategic or operational exposure
Strong commercial judgement, analytical depth, and stakeholder influence
A track record of progression and stability in prior roles – not a job-hopper
