Movate is seeking a high-energy, results-driven
Hunter
to grow our Retail/CPG, Logistics and Hospitality portfolio across North America/EMEA/APAC (as relevant). This role is responsible for
identifying, pursuing, and closing new logos , with a focus on Movate’s Digital Transformation, Digital engineering, AI, Cloud, analytics, and managed services offerings.
You will own the full sales cycle—from ideation to contract—driving strategic conversations with C-suite executives and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and acquire new Retail/CPG, Logistics and Hospitality enterprise accounts (mid-market and large).
Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop account penetration strategies and understand customer pain points, business priorities, and transformation needs.
Position Movate’s capabilities in
Digital transformation, AI-solutions, Platform Solutions, cloud & infra, digital engineering, and managed services
effectively to decision-makers.
Consultative Selling
Conduct discovery sessions, solution mapping, proposal development, and value articulation.
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to design winning solutions.
Deal Management
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including RFP responses, commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with Movate’s sales governance and forecasting processes.
Track trends within Retail/CPG, Logistics and Hospitality.
Use insights to shape go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of
enterprise sales experience
(varies by seniority).
Proven track record of
hunting and closing new logos
in Retail and/or CPG, Logistics and Hospitality verticals.
Experience selling services such as
IT services, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, Application Development/Support, or Managed Services .
Strong understanding of Retail/CPG / Logistics and Hospitality digital transformation drivers.
Existing network of decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of CX, VP Stores, VP eCommerce, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global outsource/offshore delivery models.
Familiarity with AI-driven support solutions, automation, and omnichannel platforms.
Performance Metrics
New logo revenue and ACV bookings.
Multi-year deal signings and contribution to vertical growth.
Customer satisfaction during sales cycle and post-handoff.
