ROLE TITLE: Strategic Change Management Senior Consultant (NYC, ATL, CHI, SFO)

By integrating AI‑powered analytics to define and monitor change KPIs, we enable organizations to navigate transformation with agility and confidence. Key qualifications include:
Experience in leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive change adoption across large organizations.

Utilize AI to personalize change management strategies based on stakeholder behavior and feedback.
Apply data‑driven insights from AI models to continuously improve change adoption and engagement.
