Responsible for the Epic reporting team and stack (Clarity, Caboodle), which has been extended into an enterprise data warehouse structure that will migrate to Epic Cogito Cloud and Microsoft Fabric. This Director serves as the enterprise leader for data platform modernization, analytics architecture, and strategic enablement of health data across the organization. Accountable for the enterprise data warehouse (EDW), Microsoft Fabric platform, Power BI administration, and Epic reporting systems, this role drives the transition to a cloud‑first, governed, and scalable data ecosystem in support of clinical, operational, and research priorities. Ideal Qualifications:
A Data Architect who has progressed into management or leadership roles. Strong ability to engage both technical teams (e.g., engineers, Microsoft partners) and executive leadership—translating complex technical concepts into strategic business terms. Hands‑on technical background with a solid understanding of data architecture and enterprise systems. People management experience is important but secondary to technical depth and strategic communication skills. Open to candidates without prior Director‑level experience—title could start as Director, IT, with potential to grow into the full Enterprise Data Director role. Experience with Epic Data Analytics and Reporting stack (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito). Preferred experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, etc. Seniority level:
