Technical Program Manager (Product Delivery - Finance)
This is a contract role with a financial customer seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in PDLC/SDLC, JIRA, and change management to lead strategic initiatives and deliver scalable solutions.
Base pay range $40.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years in program delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles
Proven track record managing enterprise tech projects
Advanced JIRA admin skills: workflows, dashboards, custom fields, permissions
PDLC and SDLC experience
Strong grasp of change management and scalable processes (intake, planning, PDLC)
Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint
Experience in hybrid project environments (Waterfall + Agile)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Background in financial services or capital markets
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar certifications
Experience in digital transformation or organizational change

Compensation Compensation: $40/hr. to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education
