As a Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
Supervise and support nurse managers, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff.
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvement initiatives.
Review incidents, medication errors, and adverse events; develop corrective plans.
Foster a positive, professional, and compliant work culture.
A few must-haves for Registered Nurses:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Kansas
CPR certification
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
