We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the Distribution M&A team. The role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, supporting key operational processes, and collaborating closely with different cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, investigate and resolve issues independently, and play a critical role in supporting the account matching and mapping process. Your work will drive informed, data-driven decision-making and help optimize processes across the organization. Responsibilities
Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making. Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on analytics Must be proficient with: Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support) Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concepts Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $60.00 - $65.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
