Manager, AI Sales Strategy - FIFA World Cup 2026™ Location: Atlanta, GA

The Role:

We are looking for a pioneer to build our "Digital Sales Workforce." Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations, you will design and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce or other tools to manage full-cycle B2C sales and act as the ultimate SDR for our B2B team.

Responsibilities

Build & Deploy AI Agents: Design and configure autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Flow, and Data Cloud.

B2C "Full-Close" Strategy: Create agents capable of handling the entire B2C sales cycle, from initial outreach and objection handling to final transactions and closing the deal without human intervention.

B2B Lead Qualification: Architect agents that engage B2B leads, identify upsell opportunities, qualify budget/authority, and seamlessly hand off "hot" leads to human sales reps.

Prompt Engineering & Sales Logic: Write the "brain" of the agent, translating sales methodologies into system prompts and logic gates that guide the AI’s behavior.

Performance Optimization: Monitor conversation logs, analyze win/loss rates, A/B test different outreach personas, and continuously refine agent performance.

Integration Management: Ensure agents have access to the right data (CRM history, product inventory, pricing) to make accurate, hallucination-free decisions.

Who You Are

Business Savvy: Understand customer lifecycles, sales funnels, marketing flow, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

Technically Fluent: Comfortable with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and the Salesforce ecosystem; knowledge of RAG and agent grounding.

Innovative: Stay up-to-date with AI trends and apply them to revenue generation.

Hybrid: 50% Technical Architect, 50% Sales Strategist.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Architecture.

Salesforce Expertise: Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem is required; Agentforce, Einstein Bots or Salesforce Flows is a plus.

AI Knowledge: Practical experience building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, or complex automation workflows.

Sales Mindset: Previous experience in a sales role (SDR/AE) or working closely with sales leadership is highly preferred.

Hiring Rate Minimum : $67,500 annually (not below local minimum thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum : $90,000 annually

Annual Salary Range : $130,000 – $160,000
