We are looking for a pioneer to build our "Digital Sales Workforce." Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations, you will design, deploy and manage AI agents that handle full-cycle B2C sales and serve as the ultimate SDR for our B2B team. What you will do
Build & deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Flow, and Data Cloud. Develop B2C “Full-Close” strategy to handle the entire sales cycle autonomously. Architect B2B lead qualification agents that identify upsell opportunities and hand off hot leads. Engineer prompts and sales logic, translating methodologies into agent behavior. Monitor performance, analyze conversation logs, A/B test outreach personas, and refine conversion rates. Manage integration with CRM history, product inventory, pricing, and other data sources. Who you are
Business savvy: Understanding customer lifecycles, sales funnels, CAC, LTV, conversion rates. Technically fluent: Comfortable with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, Salesforce ecosystem, and RAG. Hybrid: 50% Technical Architect, 50% Sales Strategist. Innovative: Stay current on AI trends and apply them to revenue generation. Qualifications
3+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Architecture. Salesforce expertise; experience with Agentforce, Einstein Bots, or Salesforce Flows preferred. Practical experience building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, or complex automation workflows. Previous sales experience (SDR/AE) or close collaboration with sales leadership preferred. Why Join Us
