We are seeking a Senior Associate with 2–5+ years of public accounting experience and native-level Italian communication skills.

Position Overview The Bilingual (Italian/English) Senior Associate (Audit & Tax) will supervise audit engagements, support complex tax compliance, collaborate with specialists, and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables across a portfolio of international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise audit engagements across multiple industries.
Develop and execute audit programs by setting objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, and designing testing procedures.
Perform technical accounting research on various topics.
Prepare Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Conduct technical tax research on Federal, state, and international topics.
Collaborate with tax specialists on complex issues.
Assist in reviewing tax returns, audit workpapers, and client communications.
Provide timely, accurate, and high‑quality deliverables.
Maintain clear communication to manage client expectations and satisfaction.
Delegate tasks effectively by establishing goals and removing obstacles.
Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development efforts.
Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to associates.
Qualifications
Native‑level Italian language proficiency (written and verbal).
2–5+ years of professional experience, including public accounting.
BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
Excellent English writing, research, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑driven mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
Preferred Qualifications
U.S. CPA license or actively pursuing certification.
Currently residing and working in the U.S.
Experience with ProSystem fx Engagement, ProSystem fx Tax, and CCH Axcess.
