As a Director you will be a “player‑coach,” leading a team and acting as the main conduit between Healthcare clients and our team on complex assignments centered around the MedTech and medical device space. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of projects, including overseeing interview activities, gathering relevant data, modeling, creating valuable insights and deliverables, developing goals and deadlines, reviewing work product of junior staff and communicating with clients directly. Depending on the client project the responsibilities may include: Quickly identifying and implementing opportunities to significantly reduce cost structure by redesigning organizational structures, eliminating non‑value‑added tasks and refocusing the business on value‑added activities. Reviewing Go‑to‑Market strategies, including portfolio assessments, pricing, sales compensation plans, sales force effectiveness and competition. Rapidly building and managing financial models and conducting financial and operating analyses (standalone and synergy analyses). Providing project management (PMO) assistance and overall governance support to clients through a cost‑takeout, transaction and/or integration process. Utilizing and/or creating project management tools and templates to track activities and progress against client initiatives and associated timelines (e.g., Smartsheet). Leveraging tools such as Smartsheet, Lucid, PowerBI and Generative AI to provide efficient solutions. Providing guidance to manage a client through crisis and/or quick solutions and time frames by assisting in structuring and executing on a performance improvement plan. Developing operational data analysis to design KPI metrics that drive meaningful change and conducting client interviews to evaluate operations. Effectively summarizing, drawing conclusions, and creating recommendations from large data sets or analyses. Leading various work streams within a project, including managing day‑to‑day engagement priorities with guidance from senior leaders. Preparing client‑ready deliverables and presentations; making presentations to clients. Coaching and mentoring junior staff both formally and informally. Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of business. Supporting marketing initiatives by assisting with pitch preparation and creation of marketing materials. Helping to build product and service offering tools and templates. Qualifications

General Skills

High energy individuals with a passion for healthcare and solving complex issues. A minimum of twelve (12) years of prior work experience in healthcare with a MedTech focus on commercial, engineering, operations, or finance. Combination of consulting and industry experience is preferred. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience with Visio, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, SPSS and benchmarking is a plus. Ability to run an engagement with little oversight while maintaining solid project management and organizational skills. Solid understanding of the M&A process, including operational and commercial due diligence. Working knowledge of the MedTech industry, including operational and commercial behaviors, manufacturing COGS, contract research organizations (CRO), contract manufacturing organizations (CMO) and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMO). Prior experience working with private equity firms. Experience managing client engagements, deliverables and workstreams while mentoring junior staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present information to all levels of client personnel. Willingness and ability to travel as required. BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH. Commercial Skills

Familiarity with pricing structures, local agreements (GPO/IDN), group purchasing organizations and integrated delivery network contracting processes. Understanding of different commercial channels/call points such as ASCs, hospitals, home health agencies, direct vs. distribution. Knowledge of sales compensation structures. High‑level understanding of commercial plans, Medicare and the managed care landscape. Knowledge of product profitability analyses. Operational Skills

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including direct and contract manufacturing, distribution and logistics networks, S&OP, warehousing/3PL models, and associated systems. Understanding of manufacturing standards and standard costing methodologies. High‑level understanding of inventory management strategies. Knowledge of vendor consolidation analyses. Knowledge of insource vs. outsourcing models. Your Journey at A&M
