About Healogics Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging population and rising rates of obesity and diabetes, the demand for expert wound care is growing rapidly.

Role Overview The Program Director or Program Manager will manage and strategically grow the Wound Care Program for the assigned area of responsibility. Duties include day‑to‑day center operations, staff and financial management, quality improvement, community education, and maintaining collaborative relationships with hospital partners.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Manage the Center’s Operations (20%) – oversee outpatient clinic operations, improve clinic flows, ensure adequate resources, facilitate communication, prioritize staff work, collaborate with healthcare providers and medical directors, and manage direct reports.

Perform Financial Management (10%) – oversee revenue cycle, stay current on reimbursement changes, review key financial reports, track ancillary revenues, manage costs, and present results to hospital leadership.

Manage Community Education / Marketing (40%) – work with hospital and marketing departments, create strategic marketing plans, build relationships with referral sources, maintain physician practice lists, conduct outreach, and report on referral development.

Manage Quality / Performance Improvement (10%) – implement continuous improvement programs, participate in hospital committees, monitor satisfaction, enforce patient safety guidelines, and promote compliance.

Manage Relationships (15%) – maintain excellent relationships with hospital clients, align program goals with hospital objectives, build working relationships with panel physicians and staff, and meet regularly with leadership.

Required Education, Experience, and Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field plus 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

OR Associate’s degree in a related field plus 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

Management experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong customer service, follow‑up, and team‑building skills.

Leadership, teaching, budgeting, and strategic planning abilities.

Ability to travel overnight.

Physical Demands

Stationary position for extended periods (4+ hours).

Computer use and data entry for extended periods (4+ hours).

Movement, lifting/moving up to 20 pounds, and other physical tasks as described.

Work Environment

Normal office, primarily indoors, and patient care settings.

Exposure to hazards such as bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and mechanical equipment.

Salary Range: $79,100.00 – $104,100.00 annually. This range is an estimate based on qualifications, experience, geography, and operational needs.
