What You’ll Do Are you a strategic seller who thrives in high-stakes environments and knows how to connect with C-suite decision-makers? As a Business Development Manager on our Large Market team, you’ll drive new business growth by delivering customized HR solutions to Hawaii’s most complex employers. You’ll lead the full sales lifecycle—from sourcing opportunities and building executive relationships to closing high-value deals. Success in this role requires proactive outreach, deep business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate how ProService's integrated solutions solve real operational pain points.

Own the full sales cycle for large market clients (75+ employees), from prospecting to signed agreements

Build relationships with executives and HR decision-makers to understand business challenges and position ProService as the strategic solution

Develop and execute territory sales plans, using cold outreach, referrals, and in-person networking

Conduct discovery meetings, deliver compelling product presentations, and manage complex negotiations with professionalism and precision

Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding

Attend and represent ProService at local events and business gatherings, including some evenings

What You Bring You're a driven sales professional who thrives on winning deals and solving business problems. You’re comfortable working independently and skilled at building trust with executive leaders. You know how to navigate long sales cycles and can adapt your approach for each client’s unique needs. Most importantly, you’re eager to join a purpose-driven company where your results directly impact our growth and our clients’ success.

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, including proactive outreach and cold calling

Experience selling to large organizations with complex needs (75+ employees)

Strong presentation and communication skills across all levels, especially senior leadership

Expertise in managing consultative sales processes and closing high-value deals

Proven negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections with confidence

Must obtain Hawaii State Resident Producer License for Accident & Health within 3 months of hire

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We value your contributions and back that up with strong pay at $100,000.00 –$135,000.00 per year based on experience), full benefits, and resources to support your well-being. This role also includes uncapped commission potential based on performance.
