Manager, Content Marketing
ProService Hawaii is looking for a Manager, Content Marketing to lead a high‑velocity content engine that uses AI tools, storytelling, and business insight to position ProService Hawaii as the go‑to voice for Hawaiʻi employers.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute a quarterly content strategy aligned to demand generation, events, and employer needs across Hawaiʻi.
Create and scale high‑impact content using AI tools—from blogs and webinars to playbooks and practical tools.
Turn events and external signals (e.g., UHERO data, legislation) into timely, useful, and distinctly ProService content.
Partner across teams to distribute content that supports sales, account managers, and client retention.
Track performance of all content and webinars, optimizing for reach, engagement, and business outcomes.
What You Bring
Proven experience owning and executing a B2B content strategy in SaaS, professional services, or a fast‑paced growth environment.
Strong editorial skills with a track record of turning complex topics into engaging, actionable content.
Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to accelerate and scale content production.
Demonstrated success producing webinars and event‑based content packages, from speaker prep to post‑event insights.
Ability to measure content performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
