Duties
Developing and maintaining program environments and timelines
Managing interdependencies across projects and teams
Driving performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs
Serving as primary liaison for communication and data sharing
Coordinating activities among quality, IT, analytics, and evidence-based practice teams
Providing project management expertise, resource planning, and issue escalation
Supporting strategic change initiatives and benefit realization
Requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration skills to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
Hours Full time (40 hours) Day Shift, Weekdays
Location Johns Hopkins at Keswick, Baltimore, MD
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Care Management or associated field of study.
8-10 years’ experience working in a decision support or financial analysis position with responsibility in a healthcare provider environment.
3 years’ experience maintaining, updating, and loading EPIC contracts.
Required to have completed training and certification in EPIC modules: Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration, Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts.

Salary Range:
Minimum $44.15/hour - Maximum $70.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
