build, optimize, and lead . What You’ll Own

The full escrow operational pipeline: workflows, compliance, and delivery.

Training, performance standards, and leadership for escrow officers, assistants, and support staff.

Capacity planning and workflow optimization to keep files moving without drama.

Quality control, risk mitigation, and audit readiness across all markets.

Cross-department alignment with title, sales, tech, and the executive team.

Implementing systems that help us scale into multiple states.

Must-Haves

10+ years in escrow/title operations with strong multi-file and multi-team management.

Deep understanding of escrow compliance in CA (AZ/NV a plus).

Proven ability to lead teams and define operational standards.

Strong judgment around risk, fees, timelines, and customer expectations.

High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and zero tolerance for excuses.
