Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Execute various tasks while adhering to project schedules and budgets.

Work both independently and as part of a project team, adapting to changing conditions.

Lead a team in coordinating the preparation of regulatory reports and permit applications.

Interface with client personnel at both the corporate and facility levels.

Manage time effectively to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time.

Apply knowledge and skills to address a variety of standard and non-standard situations.

Follow established processes while being flexible enough to identify and adapt to new or changing scenarios and develop processes for new activities.

Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff members.

Salary range: $70K to $75K annually.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a core science (such as geology, chemistry, physics, or biology), engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Prior experience or training in environmental compliance, including federal and state environmental regulations.

Experience with hazardous waste compliance is required; national experience with regulatory reporting is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint Online, etc., and the ability to learn new software applications.

Willingness to work in the field and travel as necessary to complete tasks.
