The right candidate is detail-oriented and a root cause problem solver.COME ON BOARD THE GOGO FLIGHT DECK SERVICES TEAM!* Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration* Provide service and troubleshooting for various Avionics equipment* Communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training & changes* Create & maintain user guides* Support sales team with customer opportunities**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience* 2-4 years’ experience in **Aviation** (**FBO**, **flight department**, **airline**, or other aviation-related business)* **~10% travel required****Required Skills, Talents, & Experience*** Proven strong **customer service** and **analytical** skills* Ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment* Initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment**Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience*** Familiarity and/or experience with **aviation datalink communications**, desired* Has worked with **satellite communications**, desired* Knowledge of **aircraft avionics**, desired* **Pilots license** (private or better) preferred**Equal Pay Disclosure(s)****Base Pay**:80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual**Target Annual Short-Term Incentive**:Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)**Eligible for Incentive Stock Program**:Yes**Benefits**:Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
