Job Overview Mission City Construction Inc. is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Project Superintendent to manage and lead residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for field coordination, quality control, site safety, and communication with subcontractors and design teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with the General Superintendent and Project Management Team while gaining exposure to executive‑level operations and leadership development.

Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction operations for assigned projects.
Maintain project schedules and update timelines using MS Project or related tools.
Oversee quality control and ensure code compliance and conformance with all project plans and specs.
Perform and verify layouts; read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Identify construction conflicts or design issues and initiate RFIs or coordinate change orders.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections; maintain a professional site presence.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with company standards.
Communicate daily with project managers and the design team on progress and challenges.
Prepare and maintain documentation in Procore or similar platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, preferably under a general contractor.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Superintendent managing ground‑up projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building code compliance.
Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift, SketchUp, and Chief Architect a plus.
Ability to lead field crews and maintain high standards of professionalism and jobsite safety.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Must be reliable, drug‑free, and have a clean DMV record with dependable transportation.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
