Cardiac Critical Care, NP/PA‑Nocturnist – ChristianaCare

ChristianaCare is recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work as a Nocturnist in our Cardiovascular Critical Care Complex.

Base Pay Range:

$122,903.00/yr – $154,147.00/yr

Job Details Responsibilities include admitting and managing multiple critically ill patients in collaboration with intensivists, fellows, and residents. You will work in a high‑acuity, fast‑paced environment with a high level of autonomy. Preferred: at least 1 year of critical care experience; new graduates will be considered.

Hours: 7 p.m.–7 a.m. with flexible scheduling and a generous stipend paid biweekly.

Education and Experience Requirements

Physician Assistant: graduate of an ARC‑PA accredited physician assistant program and NCCPA Certification

Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner: certification required

Preferred minimum 1‑year critical care experience; new graduates considered

License or license eligible for the State of Delaware

Prescriptive authority and controlled substance license for DelawareFederal DEA registration

ACLS certification
