This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a ServiceNow Solution Architect based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will design, develop, and implement scalable and innovative solutions, leveraging the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational and client‑specific business requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements, architect end‑to‑end workflows, oversee implementation, and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow solutions. Additionally, the architect will provide mentorship to development teams and maintain alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. Qualifications

In‑depth expertise in ServiceNow platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB configuration and customization. Hands‑on experience in system architecture design, workflow automation, and the implementation of ServiceNow modules. Strong skills in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and other related programming tools. Experience in integrating third‑party applications with ServiceNow, leveraging APIs, and creating custom solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, support teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to unique business requirements. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation Certification preferred. Proficiency in cloud technologies and familiarity with modern software development practices is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on‑site team environment.
