We close at 12:30 p.m. every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 plus per year, plus benefits!
Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $1,000 Stay‑on Bonus after 6 months, and $3,000 after their first year!
Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team! Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.
Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence‑based practices that promote families' strengths!
Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in‑person visits to clients' homes.
Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services and care to patients in line with NFS policies.
Conduct home visits, applying evidence‑based practices to support children, youth, and families.
Collaborate with clients to strengthen core strengths and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Clinical licensure in NY (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit.
Minimum 1 year experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
Excellent time‑management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license; some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish skill required.
Compensation
Starting at $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay‑on Bonus after first year.
