Northeast Family Services . Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’s policies.
Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes.
Compensation
Full Time Rates: Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 plus per year
Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay on bonus after first year (additional $1,000 after 6 months)
Premiums Paid For
Non-English language capacity

Select clinical specialties
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver’s license
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
Fluency in English required, bilingual Spanish is a big plus!
