Responsibilities This is a senior data role in the organization, responsible for:
Data Infrastructure
You will own the systems that power compliance, payments accuracy, product intelligence, financial reporting, and large‑scale developer integrations. This role directly shapes how the company scales and launches its next generation of payments offerings.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of experience in Data Engineering , with demonstrated success building and scaling modern data ecosystems
Deep expertise in AWS , including data warehousing, compute, storage, IAM, and security best practices
Strong Python development skills , with experience creating ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations from the ground up
Advanced Terraform proficiency , with a background managing complex, production‑grade infrastructure‑as‑code
Proven ability to
design, implement, and own enterprise‑grade data warehouses , including modeling, schema design, optimization, and long‑term maintenance
Strong foundation in
data modeling, governance, observability, quality frameworks, and compliance‑focused architectures
Hands‑on technical leader comfortable operating in
high‑growth, fast‑moving environments , owning both strategy and execution
Experience with
Airflow or similar orchestration tools
Ability to define and drive a
long‑term data platform roadmap , including tooling, architecture, and team evolution
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Experience in payments, fintech, gaming, or crypto‑enabled systems, especially environments requiring high accuracy, compliance, and real‑time data flows
What You Will Do
Own, modernize, and scale the entire data engineering ecosystem
Build highly reliable, production‑grade data systems that meet stringent regulatory and accuracy requirements
Architect robust warehousing solutions, modeling layers, and data governance frameworks
Lead and expand the Data Engineering and BI functions, developing team direction and standards
Remain hands‑on with coding, infrastructure, Terraform, ETL/ELT pipelines, and core data tooling
Define and drive the long‑term roadmap for the data platform, architecture, capabilities, and team structure
