Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team you will direct efforts in insurance operations management, including operationalising business strategies and transforming supply‑chain functions across product development, manufacturing, distribution, and post‑sale support. In this director role you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive‑level client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

15 years of combined experience in consulting and the insurance industry

Directing efforts in insurance operations management

Delivering significant business results through strategic and creative thinking

Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking

Communicating effectively in written and oral formats

Managing resource requirements, project workflow, and budgets

Developing insurance thought leadership and operational consulting approaches

Salary & Benefits Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Compensation is dependent on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
