Job Summary As the ultimate leader of their store, a Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the retail store performance. They ensure all areas of the store are engaged, achieve key results, and deliver a world‑class guest experience. Store Managers hire, develop, and create an environment where people feel a deep sense of belonging and have the opportunity to grow.

Core Responsibilities Of The Job

Leadership and People Management

Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture.

Establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives, and cascade it to all team members.

Manage the store’s hiring strategy to build a strong and diverse team.

Support ongoing learning and development of all team members with feedback, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and continuous development check‑ins.

Address all employee concerns and issues, including partnering with internal support when appropriate.

Guest Experience And Community

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor, assessing guest connection and technical product education.

Manage and direct in‑store team members to ensure optimal guest experience.

Address emergent issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.

Establish and increase brand awareness in the community through inclusive relationships with local ambassadors, community influencers, and other partners.

Plan and execute local, regional, and area‑driven community projects and initiatives.

Operations, Product, and Strategy

Drive overall store visual merchandising and product strategy, executing company‑driven actions, projects, and initiatives.

Manage sell‑through by monitoring product levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and organizing deliveries.

Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal store planning for strategy, budget, and labor.

Manage whole‑store profit and loss in accordance with goals.

Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.

Adhere to people safety policies and applicable laws.

Budget Responsibility

Accountable for controllable budget, labor hours, and annual sales plan target.

People Management

Lead all other store leadership roles.

Responsible for hiring and terminating all store employees.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Schedule / Availability

Variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1 year people‑management experience (recruiting, hiring, performance accountability).

1 year managing business operations and administration (retail scheduling, labor hours, project management).

Job Assets (Nice to Have)

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

2 years retail or sales‑specific management experience.

Work Context

Work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.

Work involves teamwork, conflict management, and guest issue de‑escalation.

Occasional physical tasks up to 30 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range: $69,105 – $93,495 annually (subject to local minimum wage).

Target Bonus: 30%

Total Target Base Pay Range: $89,837 – $121,544 annually.
