For more than 40 years, the U.S. Navy has entrusted HII to maintain and modernize the vast majority of its fleet. HII supports the Department of Energy’s national security mission through the management and operation of its sites, as well as the safe cleanup of legacy waste across the country. Our capabilities range from C5ISR, AI and Big Data, cyber operations and synthetic training environments to fleet sustainment, environmental remediation and the largest family of unmanned underwater vehicles in every class.

Who We Are HII Mission Technologies is actively seeking a highly motivated and specialized Operations Analyst to join our Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Team. This critical role directly supports the advancement of U.S. Navy and Joint force readiness by focusing on the planning, execution, and assessment of complex training exercises within cutting‑edge Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments.

Utilize recorded data to create time-critical exercise debrief products, translating raw data into actionable insights for warfighters and commanders.

Conduct impactful face-to-face briefs and debriefs of large groups of personnel, effectively communicating complex tactical and technical information.

Operate and communicate effectively via VHF, UHF, and other tactical voice and electronic systems to maintain situational awareness and coordination during exercise execution.

Operate MANPADS (Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems) and various Electronic Warfare (EW) systems onboard various range support boats to simulate threat environments.

Ability to analyze exercise operations, sensors, tactics, and weapons across these naval warfare domains to derive actionable insights.

Experience operating complex technical systems and platforms used for data acquisition and analysis during training events.

Experience preparing high-quality analytical reports and delivering data-driven presentations to senior Navy personnel.
