Drive the direction, feature set, and release cadence for several products in the database monitoring, management, and security space
Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and development partners to define product features
Document future product features and requirements in Product Requirement Documents
Track product development progress with development teams
Communicate product roadmap and value propositions to marketing and sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum educational requirement: University/College bachelor’s degree
2+ years of program management experience with a proven track record in delivering end user-facing products and services
Product Management experience in the development of software products
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Familiarity with the software industry and database products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in the software industry, particularly with database products
Proven ability to drive product feature definition and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer engagement and stakeholder management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
