What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop insights and translate findings into new product innovations
Partner with engineering to drive the creation and development of products and features
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while breaking down features into detailed stories for agile teams
Analyze data to inform product roadmap decisions and communicate project status to stakeholders
Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting and ensuring accuracy across financial data models
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles within financial services, specifically in lending and loan servicing operations
Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing, including ACH and various payment channels
Experience with financial compliance frameworks and understanding of regulatory requirements for loan servicing
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile software development methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in auto lending is strongly preferred
Passion for product development, data science, and the intersection of software and finance
Additional experience in financial markets or the automotive industry
Proven ability to scope and author comprehensive business and technical product requirements
