Position Description

Do you have a passion for working with children and enjoy making a big impact? Dreamland Learning Center seeks dedicated staff to join a growing, fun, high‑performance team! We are searching for a high‑quality lead teacher in a private early childhood setting—excellent working conditions with a great team of teachers.

Responsibilities

• Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
• Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multitasking skills.
• Self‑motivator and problem solver.
• Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
• Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
• Someone wants to advance in their career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 3 years of experience in a licensed daycare setting.
• Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.
• RIELDS and college credits preferred.
