Responsibilities
- Architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce FSL solutions to meet specific business needs, including configuring scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
- Leading technical design sessions, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Developing prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and architecture roadmaps to demonstrate feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce FSL and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Continuously learning and staying updated on latest Salesforce FSL features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Working within Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in Salesforce FSL.
- Skilled in core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization, declarative and programmatic tooling, and integration with third‑party systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing new requests, defining non‑functional requirements, and creating solution designs/architectures.
- Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
