Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH (fka Ajilon)
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, verify, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, performance metrics (like on‑time delivery rates and inventory turns), and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, and manufacturing. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
Demand Forecasting:
Use data and tools to predict future demand, ensuring the company has the right amount of materials and products to meet customer needs without overstocking.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and analyze inventory levels in warehouses to ensure they are balanced and to optimize working capital.
Research and analyze potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage relationships to ensure fair deals and reliable material flow.
Analyze potential supply chain disruptions and develop strategies to resolve them, ensuring business continuity.
Strategic Planning:
Assist business units in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support company growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software, and data analysis tools.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities are essential for interpreting data and finding solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners and present findings.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail is crucial for accuracy in data collection and analysis.
