A respected North Carolina plaintiff firm is seeking a Senior Attorney for its Complex Injury Division. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in serious PI litigation and enjoys guiding a team, shaping case strategy, and elevating client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Oversee high-severity and catastrophic injury cases, ensuring clients receive top-tier medical care and specialist referrals
Serve as a legal resource for paralegals and case managers handling complex matters
Step in on escalated issues including client concerns, denials, terminations, and withdrawals
Communicate with clients with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
What We’re Looking For
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active North Carolina Bar license - Reciprocity is also fine
2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, ideally including catastrophic/complex cases
Strong leadership presence and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Outstanding client communication skills
