Tax Manager

Sourcing Supervisor at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) We are looking for a high‑performing CPA to join a respected public accounting firm as a Tax Manager. The role involves managing high‑level client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to firm strategy and growth.

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofits.

Provide proactive tax planning and compliance consulting.

Lead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high‑performance culture.

Actively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Active CPA license required; Master’s in tax preferred.

5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadership.

Expertise in complex tax matters and strong general tax knowledge.

Strong communication, client service, and business development skills.

Experience with UltraTax, CCH, or ProSystems tax software.
