Senior Financial Analyst - Remote We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our client teams. The Senior Financial Analyst is a collaborative team member supporting core business analysis and metrics for the account. If you are a clear communicator, organized with effective time management skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behavior, collaborative manner and work ethic then this role is for you.

What this job involves

Preparation and analysis of variance reports that clearly communicate actuals vs budget/forecast differences, highlighting both favorable and unfavorable variances

Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast preparation and review

Partner with operation teams to understand their strategic goals and provide financial guidance

Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including process automation and simplification of reporting processes

Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments

Organize and maintain accruals for all third party spend

Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives

Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Special projects and other functions as required by manager

Sound like you? To apply you need to have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

At least 4 years relevant experience

Proven experience with advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, VBA/macros, etc.)

Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus

Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation

Ability to collaborate across many levels

High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems

Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills

Advanced oral and written communication skills

Excellent level of customer service skills

Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned

Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity
