As an FP&A Analyst, youll support core operational and corporate finance decisions across labor, staffing, real estate, and capital expenditures. This is a handson role with heavy Excel work, modeling exposure, and broad visibility across multiple entities. What Youll Do Build and maintain advanced Excel models (forecasts, budgets, labor and CapEx analyses; dashboards and scenario/sensitivity work) Conduct monthly and quarterly performance analysis vs. budget/forecast; present insights to leadership Support multientity reporting across numerous locations; streamline and standardize reporting packages Partner with Operations, Accounting, Real Estate, and HR to align staffing and capital plans with financial goals Contribute to business cases and modeling (e.g., clinic/business reporting) for new sites and expansions Drive adhoc analyses with quick turnarounds to support datadriven decisions
What Youll Bring Excel expertise: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, PivotTables, advanced functions; comfort with large, multitab models Exposure to financial modeling and executiveready reporting; strong understanding of financial statements (IS/BS/CF) Accounting background or close partnership with Accounting (preferred) CapEx analysis experience (preferred, not required) High ownership, strong communication, and comfort in a fastpaced, growing environment
